Athlete: Your comeback. The right support at every stage:

Comeback First Aid

Just injured?

Suddenly everything changes. A diagnosis, surgery, or a prolonged break from training can trigger many things: uncertainty, frustration, anxiety about the future, or simply the question: How do I deal with this now? In 1-2 sessions, we'll provide clarity, help you process the new situation, and focus on what you can influence now. This is for you if: the injury is still recent and you're looking for a good mental start to your comeback process. Duration: 1-2 sessions

Comeback Coaching

In the middle of rehabilitation?

Your body is making progress – but the mental journey can sometimes be more challenging. Motivation fluctuates, progress feels too slow, or doubts creep in. I will support you over several weeks, and together we will work specifically on motivation, self-confidence, mental strength, and how you cope with setbacks. This is for you if: you want to actively shape your rehabilitation not only physically, but also mentally. Scope: Individual support over several weeks

Back to Competition

Physically ready –

But is the head too?

Returning to sport can bring uncertainty, fear of re-injury, or a lack of confidence in your body. We prepare you mentally for your return and develop strategies for training and competition. For you if: you are physically fit again and want to regain confidence, security, and competitive strength. Goal: Not just to come back. To be ready again.

Clubs, sports schools, teams & parents: Because a comeback rarely succeeds alone:

Coaches, parents, clubs, and sports schools have a significant influence on how athletes cope with injury and their recovery. Therefore, Sport-Comeback also addresses the athletes' support network.

Comeback Workshop

The Team

How can injured athletes remain part of the team during their rehabilitation? How can coaches recognize mental challenges? And how can the transition back to training be successful? A practical workshop focusing on the mental aspects of sports injuries, rehabilitation, and return to sport. Suitable for: Clubs, teams, sports schools, and youth development organizations

Coach the Coach

As a trainer, you want to provide support—without having to be a therapist. Together, we'll explore how you can support injured athletes through different phases of their recovery, what kind of communication is helpful, and where the boundaries of your role lie. Suitable for: Trainers, coaches, and athletic trainers

Supporting my child After
an injury

An injury isn't just a burden for young athletes. Parents often face the same dilemma: Should I motivate, hold back, listen, or say nothing at all? I'll show you how parents can support their child during injury, rehabilitation, and return to sports—without creating additional pressure to perform. Suitable for: Parents of young athletes

Clubs, sports schools, teams & parents: Because a comeback rarely succeeds alone:
